I had to let you know I rec’d my couches this morning. Doorbell rang at 7:30 and there they were. They are absolutely GEORGEOUS. Love the color, love the leather and they smell so good! Neither my husband or I wanted to go to work. We wanted to sit in them all day!
I know this was a long process, and they are beautiful. Thanks to both you and David for having patience with me during this.

I was in the market for a large sectional. After pricing it at our local furniture store, I thought it was out of our reach. I found furnitureblue through an internet search and couldn't believe the price difference. I was able to get the sectional that I really wanted, in the fabric and color that I wanted. Delivery was free and the free warranty was better than what the local furntire store offered (and they wanted to charge me for it!) Delivery went off without a hitch. It all seemed to good to be true! I now have recommended you to multiple friends who are in the market for Berkline furniture.

We ordered these loveseats because we needed them for a newly redone home theater. With your help we found exactly the combination and fabric that we wanted. The loveseats are beautiful, the microfiber fabric looks like leather and is softer and more practical, and they work like a dream -- VERY easy to recline to any position. If an item is damaged and requires repair and/or part replacement, as an authorized dealer we are committed to resolving the issue on your behalf within the manufacturer�s terms, conditions and timeframe. If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty company�s terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer.

If you've seen a lower advertised price from another store with the same item in stock or custom made to order, we want to know about it! Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
