    You may choose from the following delivery options. All methods include a scheduled delivery date and time window that is confirmed with the customer a minimum of 24 hours prior to delivery.

    • Curb Side - Customer is responsible for transporting goods from the truck to room(s) of choice
    • To the Door or First Room- The shipping agent will bring all boxes into your front door or garage.
    • To the Rooms of Choice - Our agents bring all the items into the room(s)of choice
    • White Glove Delivery - 2-person delivery team, merchandise placed in room of choice, unboxing and light assembly (limited to 30 minutes with use of tools as required), debris removal, Stair carries (up to two (2) flights prior to the threshold)

    *Customer may be charged for additional fees for services not listed above if requested or required when delivery team is on site

    FurnitureBlue.com reserves the right to charge additional fees based on any and all of the above "not included" instances. Fees start at a minimum $50.00 per instance, and will be calculated based upon all circumstances. Deliveries to locations that require transport over waterways will be charged $250.00 fee after checkout. FurnitureBlue.com will send each customer a post-delivery email with "not included" services and fees.

    • Deliveries on weekends or holidays
    • Storage of merchandise beyond 7 calendar days
    • Obstructed delivery paths
    • Additional waiting time at time of delivery

    Our "Never A Hassle" Satisfaction Return Policy:

    The team here at FurnitureBlue takes great pride in the fact that we not only say we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind it with one of America's most consumer-friendly, easy to understand return policies. No legalese, no multiple page explanations, no exclusions for custom order products.

    The bottom line is we want your experience with FurnitureBlue to be exemplary. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days after you receive it, we don't want you to keep it. We will gladly allow you to return it for an exchange or refund, less round trip shipping and handling fees and a low 15% restocking fee. Please note that in cases where we offered free outbound shipping, those actual costs will be deducted from your refund in addition to the return shipping charges. Should you decide to exchange the item, the 15% restocking fee can be applied to your new purchase. Finally, should you decide you prefer a refund, and then decide to make a purchase from us within 30 days of the date of your return, we will allow you to apply the 15% restocking fee to your new order.

    If in the unlikely event, your new home furnishings are damaged during shipping or have a manufacturer's defect, we want to make it right.     ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

    Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.

    Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.

    CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY

    Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.

    Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.

    Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.

    FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
