Legacy Kids Classic Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Legacy Kids Classic will, at its discretion, repair or replace any piece of furniture that is found to be defective in material or workmanship.
It is required that you notify the Retailer from whom you purchased your furniture of any defect found within one year from the date of purchase. After receiving notification of a claim, it may be necessary for your Retailer or Legacy Kids Classic to arrange for an inspection of your furniture to determine whether or not a defect exists.
Repairs will be attempted as the preferred resolution method in all cases. However, if the Retailer, Legacy Kids Classic, or an authorized representative of Legacy Kids Classic determines that repair is impractical, the Retailer will furnish a substitute unit of the same or similar color, design, style and quality. Legacy Kids Classic will honor reasonable and customary labor charges during this warranty period for the purpose of repair or replacement of warranty parts. An authorized Legacy Kids Classic Furniture Retailer or a Legacy Kids Classic Furniture Certified Service Agent should perform warranty service.
This warranty protects you only when you purchase your furniture from an Authorized Legacy Kids Classic Furniture Retailer and is only applicable for normal household use, not for commercial use.
Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. Legacy Kids Classic Furniture will not repair or replace your furniture if improper maintenance or improper use causes damage. This warranty does not apply if your Legacy Kids Classic Furniture product is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentions or pet damage. This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated "AS IS" at the time of purchase.
Legacy Kids Classic Furniture will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Legacy Kids Classic Furniture will not be liable for loss, expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

If an item is damaged and requires repair and/or part replacement, as an authorized dealer we are committed to resolving the issue on your behalf within the manufacturer�s terms, conditions and timeframe. If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty company�s terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
