If an item is damaged and requires repair and/or part replacement, as an authorized dealer we are committed to resolving the issue on your behalf within the manufacturer?s terms, conditions and timeframe. If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty company?s terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer.

If you've seen a lower advertised price from another store with the same item in stock or custom made to order, we want to know about it! Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. If you see a lower advertised price (including our own sale prices) within 45 days of your purchase, we'll refund 110% of the difference.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit ? these delivery charges include all ?free shipping? offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale
If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. After 30 days, all items are covered by each Manufacturer's warranty.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
