It is just the chair I had been looking for as comfortable as I had hoped fell asleep while watching a BB game and missed my team make a comeback. Woke up just in time to see them win. (Dog was sound asleep beside me - we both think the chair is great). The delivery was just great - arrived just when promised and the guys who assembled it were good natured and very efficient.

1.Nice looking and comfortable. 2.Perfect size for adult and child to sit together comfortably. 3.I wish it was also a rocker. It's a bit rigid in the sitting positon. 4.No external handle is great for older people.

Because the chairs do not take up much space plus when not in use it looks like a regular chair. What I like most about it? It is a comfortable chair and it does not take up much room.

I have to say I was a bit apprehensive to buy on-line especially because the prices were exceptional. I was even a bit more, when Furniture Blue Customer Service explained Lane was out of stock of the leather upholstery and I would have to wait several more weeks...But I waited patiently! And the wait was well worth it! My leather recliners were delivered just before Christmas (just when I was told they would arrive) without a flaw and they look beautiful. No doubt, I'll order from Furniture Blue again!

    The bottom line is we want your experience with FurnitureBlue to be exemplary. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days after you receive it, we don't want you to keep it. We will gladly allow you to return it for an exchange or refund, less round trip shipping and handling fees and a low 15% restocking fee.     ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

    Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.

    Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.

    CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY

    Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.

    Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.

    Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.

    FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
