    Thank you for purchasing this fine home furnishings product. We express our confidence in the merchandise by advising

    you of our Limited Warranty. Please read the terms of coverage carefully.

    FRAMES - Lifetime Limited Warranty

    The frame, upholstered in the original fabric under normal household use and conditioning, is warranted to the original

    residential purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

    SPRINGS – Lifetime Limited Warranty

    The Manufacturer warrants to you that the spring construction in this product is free from defective material and

    workmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original residential purchaser under normal household use and

    conditioning.

    RECLINING MOTION MECHANISMS - Lifetime Limited Warranty

    The Manufacturer warrants to you that reclining motion mechanisms will be free from defective materials and

    workmanship throughout the serviceable life of the original fabric cover of the recliner.

    • Incliner, swivel, and glider mechanisms will be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of two (2)

    years from the date of purchase under normal household usage.

    ELECTRICAL - 1 year

    The Manufacturer warrants to you that all electrical products (motors, heating and massage units, hand controls, and

    air mattress pumps) will be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the

    date of purchase under normal household usage.

    SLEEPER MECHANISMS - 2 years

    • All sleeper mechanisms will be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the

    date of purchase under normal household usage.

    SEALY POSTURE ROYALE MATTRESS - 2 years

    The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that the mattress is free from material and workmanship defects for

    two (2) years from the date of purchase under normal household usage and conditions.

    SEALY POSTUREPEDIC MATTRESS - 5 years

    The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that the mattress is free from material and workmanship defects for

    five (5) years from the date of purchase under normal household usage and conditions.

    INNERSPRING, DREAMQUEST, AND AIR MATTRESSES - 2 years

    The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that the mattress is free from material and workmanship defects for

    two (2) years from the date of purchase under normal household usage and conditions.

    STANDARD SEAT CUSHIONS - 1 year

    The Manufacturer warrants all standard seat cushions against abnormal loss of foam resiliency for one (1) year from the

    date of purchase to the original residential purchaser. Do not confuse normal softening that occurs in all foam with actual

    loss of resiliency. The Manufacturer offers several different styles of cushioned seating to achieve the desired comfort and

    appearance. Seat and back cushions will conform to its user with use and aging. All fiber and fiber foam combinations

    should be fluffed regularly to retain even distribution of fibers. To keep your new purchase in best condition, we suggest

    vacuuming and, if reversible, turning the cushions over on a regular basis for prolonged cushion life.

    DOWN BLEND (DB) SEAT CUSHIONS - Lifetime Limited Warranty

    The manufacturer warrants all down blend (DB) cushions against abnormal loss of foam resiliency to the original

    residential purchaser for the lifetime of the product. Down blend and polyester blend combinations will over time lose some

    initial loft and natural wrinkling will occur. This should be considered normal wear and not a loss of resiliency or a

    manufacturing defect.

    POSTURE PLUSH (PP) AND INNERSPRING (X) SEAT CUSHIONS – 3 years

    The manufacturer warrants all posture plush (PP) cushions and all innerspring (X) cushions against abnormal loss of foam

    resiliency for three (3) years from the date of purchase to the original residential purchaser. Do not confuse normal

    softening that occurs in all foam with actual loss of resiliency.

    FABRIC - 1 year

    Although the mills offer us no warranty, the Manufacturer warrants all upholstery fabrics against defective material and

    seam slippage under conditions of normal use and prescribed cleaning for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Zippers

    and stitching are warranted for one (1) year against failing. Visible defects such as rubs, tears, or holes should be reported

    to the retailer within 30 days after receiving the product. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatments applied by

    the retailer or consumer, heavy soiling, or improper cleaning will void this warranty. For major cleaning, consult with your

    retailer or a professional furniture cleaning service. Since manufacturers of upholstery fabrics do not guarantee products for

    wearing quality, color fastness, fabric shrinkage, fiber migration, pilling, wrinkling or stretching, these properties are not

    covered under this warranty.

    LEATHER - 1 year

    On all 100% top grain cowhide leathers and top grain leather/vinyl splits, the Manufacturer warrants the leather against

    splitting and tearing for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household usage. Zippers and stitching are

    warranted for one (1) year against failing. Visible defects such as rubs, tears, or holes should be reported to the retailer

    within 30 days after receiving the product. This warranty does not include coverage for natural markings, wrinkling,

    stretching, or variations in grain or color. These are nature’s signatures and prove the authenticity of the leather. These

    distinguishing marks should not be considered defects. Claims due to cuts, burns, pet damage, damage caused by contact

    with rough or sharp objects, or damage from acts of God are excluded from this warranty. This warranty also does not

    cover spills such as acid, dyes, wine, solvents, any corrosive chemicals, ink, paint, or body fluids. The following will void

    this warranty: evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse, negligence, treating the leather with chemical

    products applied by the retail dealer or the consumer, as well as fading due to exposure of the leather to the sun, extreme

    heat, or bright lights.

    ALL OTHER FURNITURE PRODUCTS AND FINISHES

    All parts, components, and other furniture products not specifically included in the above warranties, including but not

    limited to, bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, occasional tables, entertainment centers and accent pieces, as well as

    finishes, are warranted to the original residential purchaser for one (1) year from the date of original purchase, to be free

    from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use and conditions. While we strive to maintain the

    highest quality standards, many of our products utilize materials where some color variation will exist from time to time.

    WARRANTY SERVICE

    The Manufacturer will either repair or replace at its option any product which has a defect in materials or workmanship

    covered by this Limited Warranty without charge. The Manufacturer will pay the cost of labor and shipping and handling

    to repair or replace defective part(s) for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. To obtain service under this

    warranty, you must contact the original furniture retailer from whom you purchased the product and provide the

    serial number and proof of the original purchase. If required, the dealer will contact the Manufacturer to obtain service.

    All packing and transportation charges for delivering the product requiring service to the furniture dealer are the

    responsibility of the original purchaser. The Manufacturer will pay for all transportation charges between the dealer and

    our factory. The Manufacturer reserves the right to change specifications without notification. If a problem occurs and you

    or your retailer has moved, contact the Consumer Relations Department at 1-888-732-5948. If identical materials are

    unavailable at the time of repair the Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    This Limited Warranty extends only to the original residential consumer purchaser. The Manufacturer’s liability under

    this Limited Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at its option. THIS WARRANTY

    IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS, ORAL OR

    WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

    MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE THAT THE

    CONSUMER/HOMEOWNER MAY HAVE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN

    WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR

    INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING LOSS OF TIME, USEAGE OR MONEY. NO

    REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MANUFACTURER OR ITS DISTRIBUTORS OR DEALERS IS

    AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THIS WARRANTY. SOME

    STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE

    ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific

    rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. None of these warranties apply to rental,

    business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential uses or to anyone other than the original residential

    consumer purchaser. This warranty does not apply to furniture sold as is, distressed, or second hand condition. Any

    extended or additional warranties other than those listed above shall not be the responsibility of the

    manufacturer.

    CAUTION

    All motion furniture, including recliners, reclining sofas and loveseats, sleep sofas, etc., has many moving parts.

    Caution must be used in operation (reclining, opening, closing, etc.). Children should not be allowed to play on

    or operate motion furniture. Always leave recliners in an upright and closed position and keep hands and feet

    clear of mechanism. Only the occupant should operate it.

A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit � these delivery charges include all �free shipping� offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale

    If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt.     ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

    Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.

    Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.

    CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY

    Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.

    Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.

    Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.

    FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
