I was looking to convert my Den into a library and therefore was looking for some distinctive library furniture on-line. Most of what I was able to find was simply bookshelves; nothing special that is until I stumbled upon the Parker house Barcelona library wall units at Furniture Blue. These units were just what I was looking for, something modular, unique as well as classic, yet looking more expensive than the actual price I paid for them. What truly sold me on the units was the ladder and bar, which for me defines my vision of a library.
I had a little problem with the built-in overhead lighting in the hutch but the reps at Furniture Blue were right there with me all the way. I have to say that from the assistance provided during the sales portion of the experience to the customer service assistance when I discovered I had this small problem was consistently courteous, professional and prompt. Although my wife and I love the product, I believe for me the service during and after the sale was really what made me glad I used Furniture blue.I would gladly recommend you guys to all my friends as a result.

 Greetings! I would love to tell you how happy I am with my Library wall units. The reason I bought these was to develop a small quiet library and sitting area prior to entering my master suite. They came in just the right dimensions for my arrangement. I completely love my wall units, as they are a perfect compliment to the room, and they are beautifully crafted. I am very impressed and pleased with the quality and the workmanship. They're perfect! There is nothing I dislike about them at all, in fact I hope to order more in the near future to complete my interior design remake of that room. Thanks for asking. Karen

1 Year Limited Warranty: Parker House International warrants the workmanship on this product to be free from defects. This warranty does not apply to:
(I) Any product that is not maintained as recommended by Parker House.
(II) Any product that is damaged after leaving our warehouse.
(III) Any product altered of modified by anyone other than an authorized Parker House representative. All returns must be authorized by Parker House. Transportation to our factory is responsibility of the customer. Expressly excluded from this warranty is liability for subsequent property damage.

If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty company?s terms, conditions and timeframes. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
