This item qualifies for free delivery. FurnitureBlue.com offers FREE shipping on this item within the Lower 48 United States only. - Total transit time from the Manufacturer's warehouse is approximately 7-21 days based on your location.
- Once the order is received by the local delivery agent, you will receive a phone call from the local delivery agent to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Placement of items in the closest dry area (porch, garage, or inside closest door to dwelling).
- No unboxing, assembly or removal of boxes
- Confirmed phone appointment with 4 hour delivery window
- No delivery up or down flights of stairs
- Customer may be charged for additional fees for services not listed above if requested or required when delivery team is on site (See Additional Fees:)
You may upgrade your entire order to White Glove Delivery by using the drop down in the "Ready to Buy Box". ***Your entire order will be upgraded to white glove delivery. Upgrade prices are automatically calculated in cart.
White Glove Delivery Upgrade includes:
- 2-person delivery team
- In-home delivery (merchandise placed in room of choice)
- Unboxing and light assembly, debris removal (assembly limited to 30 minutes with use of tools as required)
- Up or down only 2 two flight of Stairs (flights may be charged additional fees)
- Customer may be charged for additional fees for services not listed above if requested or required when delivery team is on site (See Additional Fees:)
Additional Fees:
FurnitureBlue.com reserves the right to charge additional fees based on any and all of the above "not included" instances. Fees start at a minimum $50.00 per instance, and will be calculated based upon all circumstances. Deliveries to locations that require transport over waterways will be charged $250.00 fee after checkout. FurnitureBlue.com will send each customer a post-delivery email with "not included" services and fees.
- Deliveries on weekends or holidays
- Storage of merchandise beyond 7 calendar days
- Obstructed delivery paths
- Additional waiting time at time of delivery
- Relocation or removal of items not part of delivery
- Missed appointments
- Cancelled appointments with less than 24-hours notice
- Deliveries to zip codes that require transportation by boat or ferry
- Refusal of non-damaged merchandise
- Additional flights of stairs

If an item is damaged and requires repair and/or part replacement, as an authorized dealer we are committed to resolving the issue on your behalf within the manufacturer�s terms, conditions and timeframe. If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty company�s terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer. Details: 110% Lowest Price Guarantee We are confident that we are offering you the best price on new furniture. If you've seen a lower advertised price from another store with the same item in stock or custom made to order, we want to know about it! Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. If you see a lower advertised price (including our own sale prices) within 45 days of your purchase, we'll refund 110% of the difference. Competitors advertised product price must be the exact same model number and from the same manufacturer and have ALL of the same features and use the same shipping method. Competitors advertised product price must be the exact same model number, from the same manufacturer, from the same manufacturer's facility and have ALL of the same features, use the same exact shipping method and if applicable include the same options such as an equivalent extended warranty. The customer may be asked to provide a written copy the the competitor's quote. This may be faxed or emailed to us. FurnitureBlue, LLC. management has the final right not to price match for any reason (This happens less than 1% of the time). *This policy does not apply to the following Manufacturers: Lane Furniture. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit � these delivery charges include all �free shipping� offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
