Leather Placement: "A" Areas The most visible areas on the piece and areas that are most likely to come in contact with the user (seat and back cushions, arm tops, etc.) - Premium portions of the hides are used - Small scars that are completely healed-over will be used - Neck and flank wrinkles are acceptable
"B" Areas The areas that are seen but not normally touched by the user (outarms, outbacks, etc.) - Moderate portions of the hides are used - Larger healed over scars will be used - Neck and flank wrinkles more prevalent - Small, finished over brands are acceptable
"C" Areas The areas not normally seen or touched by the user (cushion reverses etc.) - Lower selection portions of the hides are used - Large rough areas and imperfections are acceptable - Heavy shade and grain variations are acceptable
Aniline (A) and Nubuk (N) leathers will exhibit more natural markings, and shade and grain variations than Finished (F) leathers.
Please Note: The above guidelines do not apply to Married Cover Leathers. These leathers arrive to our factories pre-cut so we are not able to control the placement of natural markings.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Bradington-Young warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows:
* 5 YEAR WARRANTY:
The reclining mechanism is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for the first five years of the life of the chair, based on reasonable use. Bradington-Young will, at its option, repair the part or replace the part or mechanism that is defective.
* LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY:
The wooden frame parts are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for the useful life of the chair, based on reasonable use. Bradington-Young will, at its option, repair the defect or replace the part that is defective.
* ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
The springs, inside back filler, padding and filling materials are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from date of retail purchase.
* LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY:
All seat cushion cores are covered by a limited warranty.
To make a claim under this Warranty, contact the dealer from whom the product was purchased with your dated proof of purchase. If the dealer finds return to the factory to be necessary, repair or replacement of defective parts will be made through the dealer during the first year at no cost to the customer, except for the cost of packing and shipping to and from the factory. After the first year of purchase, the above warranty covers REPLACEMENT PARTS ONLY and does not cover labor or shipping costs of parts. After the first three years, the mechanism must be returned to Bradington-Young in order to take advantage of the Warranty.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:
This warranty does NOT include:
* The wearing quality, durability, and color fastness of FABRICS, VINYL, or LEATHERS.
* Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
* Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear, or from any use for which the product was not designed.
* Bradington-Young is NOT responsible for fading or discoloration of leather due to sunlight (direct or indirect) or body oils.
* Bradington-Young is NOT responsible for pick up and delivery charges for local repairs or inspections under the above warranty.
Bradington-Young's obligation under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement in accordance with the terms of this warranty. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, offered by Bradington-Young other than those herein described. Coverage under this Warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages other than the coverage described above. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty company?s terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer.

For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale
If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
