Limited 10 Year Warranty

Manufacturer warrants the construction of this product to be free from defects in workmanship. This warranty does not apply to:
A. Any product that is not properly maintained as suggested by Manufacturer:
B. Damage due to neglect, accidental damage or misuse of this product
C. A product that has been altered, modified or damaged as a result of repairing by anyone other than an authorized Manufacturer dealer or representative.

If the authorized dealer of representative finds that a return to the factory is necessary, packing and shipping costs will be prepaid by the consumer, Manufacturer will repair or replace the product and ship it to the dealer authorizing the return. Expressly excluded by this warranty is liability for subsequent property damage.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of this product. This warranty does not cover whitewash finish from yellowing, this warranty will be valid provided the product is still being manufactured.

Warning. Remove castes from unit before installation. Do not open more than one drawer at a time. Doing so may cause unit to tip forward. Placing televisions and other heavy items on adjustable shelves constitutes misuse.


All warranties commence on the date of purchase and are to the original purchaser only. Normal wear and tear are excluded fro all warranties; abuse, abnormal use, commercial use, improper cleaning, and product misuse void all warranties and are excluded from all warranties.

Limited Warranty - Frame

The hardwood/wood products frame construction and the metal base and back construction are warrantied fro the life of the product, so long as owned by the original purchaser, against factory defects and any resulting failure.


Limited Warranty - Leather

Leather is warrantied for a period of one (1) year against factory defects, tearing and splitting, or defects in sewing. This limited warranty does not cover natural characteristics of leather, such as markings caused by insect bites, veining, injuries to the animal, barbed wire marks, abrasions, wrinkling, or variations in grain or color tones on different sections of the same leather product. no two pieces of leather are the same, and leather pieces wear differently. This warranty does not cover normal wearing, durability, or color changes which occur in normal use. When cleaning a leather product, consult a professional upholstery furniture cleaner.

Limited Warranty Cushions (Seat and Back) - Factory defects and abnormal loss of foam resiliency for three (3) years.

    Your aspenhome™ furniture has been created with authentic details and finishes that reflect Old World craftsmanship.  Slight imperfections in wood veneers are nature’s way of marking each unique tree and are part of the inherent beauty of the rich figured wood veneers we hand select for every piece.  Some wood veneers will oxidize over time and may lighten from the original color.

    Furniture Care
    This furniture has been crafted for years of enjoyment and should be maintained with a non-abrasive, soft cloth and a high quality furniture polish.  Consult with your furniture store professional about the product to use.  Always dust in the direction of the grain with a lightly damp cloth.  Moisture should not remain on furniture after dusting.  Furniture should be kept in a climate controlled environment.  Avoid exposure to heat, chemicals, water and strong sun light to avoid fading and drying out.

    To prevent scratching, use felt discs under lamps and accessories that are placed on furniture.  If you choose to use glass on top of wood, use discs between the glass and wood to allow air circulation.

    Metal hardware has a protective finish to prevent tarnishing and requires only an occasional dusting.  If you wish to polish hardware, consult your furniture retailer for a quality polish. Do not use alcohol, ammonia or other harsh cleaners as they will remove the finish.

    If your furniture has a stone top, it should be protected from liquids, sunlight and temperature extremes.  Use a lightly moistened cloth to clean the surface, or consult your furniture retailer for a recommended marble polish.  When in storage, the stone top should be stored flat without heavy objects on it.  Use caution when moving to protect the stone from breakage.

    The aspenhome™ leather is selected for durability, quality and natural beauty.  Leather is naturally beautiful and unique.  Each leather piece will have its own natural characteristics, which may include variations in grain, color and markings.  These characteristics enhance the individuality of each piece and are indicative of quality leather products.

    Prolong the beauty and life of your leather furniture by applying gentle care, such as:
    Maintain ample distance between your furniture and heating sources to avoid drying.
    To avoid fading, do not place furniture in direct sunlight.
    Dust leather regularly and use a gentle cleaner especially for leather that your furniture retailer recommends.

If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty company�s terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer.

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit � these delivery charges include all �free shipping� offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale

    If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. After 30 days, all items are covered by each Manufacturer's warranty.

    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

    Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.

    Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.

    CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY

    Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.

    Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.

    Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.

    FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
