The Matinee full chair is Lovan's best selling cinema-style home theater seat. This product ships within 48-hours from date of order. You likely have sat in the Matinee at your local movie theater. The Matinee can also be seen on the daytime gameshow "The Price is Right". The Matinee is affordable, comfortable and compact. Compared to larger and plusher home theater seats like the Lovan Gallant or Palliser home theater seat models, the Matinee allows you to maximize seating capacity and stay within budget. The Matinee also comes with an optional storage ottoman to rest your feet, and store DVDs and remote controls.

Lovan Gallant leather offers a more traditional look and feel. This leather offers a more traditional look and feel. The leather imported from South America is focused and simple, with a guarantee of lasting performance. It is 100% top grain cowhide leather that is aniline dyed, buffed, embossed, and pigmented. A protective coat is applied to enhance color uniformity and soil resistance. It is durable and an excellent choice for active families with small children or pets. The Gallant only comes upholstered with black leather with vinyl match. There is no question, that the Gallant leather will stimulate your senses by its soft and smooth feel. |

The manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty. Manufacturer repairs or replaces defective in-warranty products at its sole discretion. In the unlikely event that one of its products requires service, please contact wecare@furnitureblue.com. DO NOT ship back products without first receiving a return authorization number from FurnitureBlue.
FurnitureBlue offers a 5-year Extended Warranty that starts after the 1-yr manufacturer's warranty expires (6-yrs total). The Extended Warranty covers frame, construction, leather and motion mechanisms. Unlike manufacturer's warranty that protects against manufacturing defect, the 5-Year Extended Warranty protects your investment against life's accidents, e.g. spills, stains, puncture holes and rips. |

PRODUCT CARE Leather Care Clean with a mild soap and water solution. Use a mild soap with a neutral pH. Rinse with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Do not use a soap product that is harsh on your skin, as it will be harsh on the leather. Always test the soap solution in an unseen area on the sofa to ensure that the solution does not damage the leather (no leather color transfer on to your cloth). CAUTIONS General Do not move furniture in your home without carefully wrapping the furniture, including any corners and the feet or the bottom of the furniture, with a protective covering. This will help to avoid damage to the fl oors and/or wall surfaces, as well as help to prevent damage to the furniture itself. Do not move furniture on bare hardwood floors. At all times, place the furniture on a protective area rug or protective hardwood felt pads. This will protect your hardwood floors from potential scratches. Do not expose leather or fabric to ink, bleach, oily substances, fluids, body oils, strong detergents (including laundry detergent), chemicals, and sharp objects as these may cause potential damage. Safety Use extreme caution when operating the moving mechanisms and electronic components making sure limbs and other obstructions are clear of leg rests and other moving parts before operating. Do not leave reclining seats in the reclining position when not in use. Do not allow children to play on mechanized furniture or to operate mechanisms. Do not stand on chairs, and do not sit on ottomans. Do not sit on product arms. For further information, refer to product instruction sheets and warnings, where applicable. Total delivery timeframe from order date to your door is approximately 10-14 days. FREE White Glove delivery available for orders of 4 or more recliners.

If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty companys terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer. Details: 110% Lowest Price Guarantee We are confident that we are offering you the best price on new furniture. If you've seen a lower advertised price from another store with the same item in stock or custom made to order, we want to know about it! Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. If you see a lower advertised price (including our own sale prices) within 45 days of your purchase, we'll refund 110% of the difference. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit these delivery charges include all free shipping offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
