Please read the terms of the ?CATNAPPER®? limited warranty coverage carefully. Retain your proof of purchase to substantiate your claim in the event warranty service is required. For any service claims, please contact the dealer where product was purchased. Catnapper will supply the part(s) either under warranty or at cost, as long as they are available. After one (1) year, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the consumer.
1. RECLINER MECHANISM - Limited Lifetime Warranty: Recliner mechanisms are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
2. SPRINGS - Limited Lifetime Warranty: The spring units of Catnapper® products are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
3. FRAME - Limited Lifetime Warranty: The frame, upholstered in the original fabric under normal use and conditions, is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.
4. CUSHIONS - Three (3) Year Warranty: Catnapper® products utilize quality polyurethane cushioning materials in conjunction with layers of fiber for superior seating comfort. Cushions are warranted for three years against loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with a slight softening and flattening of the fiber and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging.
5. ALL OTHER PARTS - One (1) Year Warranty: All other parts not specifically listed as being warranted are covered under a one year limited warranty against defective material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part such as table tops, latches, hinges, electric motors and electrical system components.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The warranty does not include:
1. Any defect in upholstery fabrics. There is no warranty on vinyl, leather or fabric against wearing, fading, pilling, stretching, dye lots, natural markings or splitting.
2. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
3. Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed.
All Products In the event that a defect is found, repair or replacement under this warranty is at the manufacturer?s option. Cost for labor, packaging and shipping from the factory, if it is necessary, is covered by Catnapper® for a period of one year. After one year from date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for labor, packaging and all shipping costs. These Limited Warranties provide coverage to the original retail purchaser and do not apply to rented, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses. These Limited Warranties do not apply to
(i) merchandise that was, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model,
(ii) any merchandise purchased ?as is? or second-hand,
(iii) any merchandise purchased at a distress sale or a going-out-of business sale, or
(iv) any merchandise purchased from a liquidator. All warranties, whether express or implied, cover only normal household usage. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, delivery or transportation damage.
Warranty Service: LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IS EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow the exclusions of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All claims for service must be accompanied by proof of purchase (Bill of Sale). Any claim for service under warranty must be made through the retail dealer where the furniture was purchased.

If an item is damaged and requires repair and/or part replacement, as an authorized dealer we are committed to resolving the issue on your behalf within the manufacturer�s terms, conditions and timeframe. If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty company�s terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer.

A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale
If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. After 30 days, all items are covered by each Manufacturer's warranty.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
