On 8/20 at 11:14pm, I made a purchase of a Berkline reclining loveseat with heat and massage and I thought I would drop an e-mail and thank you for the wonderful service which your operator gave me both online and on the telephone.
The name of the operator is Mary and she was able to answer every question I had regarding the loveseat. Every detail I was looking for in the loveseat she was able to track down and explain to me in complete detail. I felt very comfortable and confident and decided to go ahead with the purchase.

11/15/07 - I had to let you know I rec�d my couches this morning. Doorbell rang at 7:30 and there they were. They are absolutely GEORGEOUS. Love the color, love the leather and they smell so good! Neither my husband or I wanted to go to work. We wanted to sit in them all day!
I know this was a long process, and they are beautiful. Thanks to both you and David for having patience with me during this.
