I was totally astounded by the PERFECT customer service at furniture blue and
have intended to write you a letter to that effect -- but TIME -- this is a
perfect opportunity! I could not believe the knowledge, concern, and interest
in answering all my many questions AND returning every call. This is service I
thought was a thing of the WAY distant past. THANK YOU for renewing my faith in
competent commerce. I do like my chair a lot and it is great for the price. The
chair is very comfortable and looks nice.

In reply to your product review request, I can tell you that it was my first
Internet purchase of this type ever and I was very apprehensive about the
product I would receive. I found the replies from your company stating they
had received my order and were working on it and further e-mails giving me
estimates of the finished product and then the exact date I should be receiving
it very comforting. The reason I resorted to the internet and your company was
because I live in Pennsylvania and found the furniture stores did not carry
this type of chair and if I did happen to find one it was cheaply made or only
came in black or burgundy. Your company offered such a wide variety of colors
and fabrics as well as material for the frame that I was able to order exactly
what I wanted in quality and color. I found the color to be just as
represented and the leather was soft and subtle. It was also very easy to
assemble and not damaged at all in shipment. My only regret was not to have
been able to feel how it felt to sit in it but it turned out well in that
department too. I would recommend your company to others.

Way above expectations! First let me say from ordering to delivery and setup, the process was without a flaw. The sectional is fantastic. The internet does not do the furniture justice. The only problem I have is trying to stay awake. The recliner is just too comfortable.

On 8/20 at 11:14pm, I made a purchase of a Berkline reclining loveseat with heat and massage and I thought I would drop an e-mail and thank you for the wonderful service which your operator gave me both online and on the telephone.
