Limited 10 Year Warranty Manufacturer warrants the construction of this product to be free from defects in workmanship. This warranty does not apply to: A. Any product that is not properly maintained as suggested by Manufacturer: B. Damage due to neglect, accidental damage or misuse of this product C. A product that has been altered, modified or damaged as a result of repairing by anyone other than an authorized Manufacturer dealer or representative. If the authorized dealer of representative finds that a return to the factory is necessary, packing and shipping costs will be prepaid by the consumer, Manufacturer will repair or replace the product and ship it to the dealer authorizing the return. Expressly excluded by this warranty is liability for subsequent property damage. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of this product. This warranty does not cover whitewash finish from yellowing, this warranty will be valid provided the product is still being manufactured. Warning. Remove castes from unit before installation. Do not open more than one drawer at a time. Doing so may cause unit to tip forward. Placing televisions and other heavy items on adjustable shelves constitutes misuse. All warranties commence on the date of purchase and are to the original purchaser only. Normal wear and tear are excluded fro all warranties; abuse, abnormal use, commercial use, improper cleaning, and product misuse void all warranties and are excluded from all warranties. Limited Warranty - Frame The hardwood/wood products frame construction and the metal base and back construction are warrantied fro the life of the product, so long as owned by the original purchaser, against factory defects and any resulting failure. Limited Warranty - Leather Leather is warrantied for a period of one (1) year against factory defects, tearing and splitting, or defects in sewing. This limited warranty does not cover natural characteristics of leather, such as markings caused by insect bites, veining, injuries to the animal, barbed wire marks, abrasions, wrinkling, or variations in grain or color tones on different sections of the same leather product. no two pieces of leather are the same, and leather pieces wear differently. This warranty does not cover normal wearing, durability, or color changes which occur in normal use. When cleaning a leather product, consult a professional upholstery furniture cleaner. Limited Warranty Padding Materials and Seat Construction - Life of product so long as owned by the original purchaser Limited Warranty Cushions (Seat and Back) - Factory defects and abnormal loss of foam resiliency for three (3) years. Limited Warranty Mechanisms and Electronic Motors - Three (3) year Limited Warranty against factory defects and any resulting failure... Limited Warranty Other Parts - All other parts or components are warrantied against factory defects and any resulting failures for one (1) year. |

FurnitureBlue offers the following shipping options to choose from. All methods include a scheduled delivery date and time window that is confirmed with the customer a minimum of 24 hours prior to delivery.(Listed from least expensive to most expensive)
- Curb Side - Customer is responsible for transporting goods from the truck to room(s) of choice
- To the Door or First Room- The shipping agent will bring all boxes into your front door or garage.
- To the Rooms of Choice - Our agents bring all the items into the room(s)of choice
- White Glove Delivery - See below
Orders for this item ship approximately one week from order date (if in stock). Total transit time once order ships from warehouse is approximately 14-28 days to reach a local delivery agent depending where within the United States the order is shipping to. FurnitureBlue will send you an email notification with shipping details and estimated delivery timeframe once your order ships from the warehouse. This item qualifies for free White Glove Delivery. Once the order is received and inspected by the local delivery agent, you will receive a phone call from the local delivery agent to schedule a delivery appointment. FurnitureBlue offers FREE shipping and White Glove Delivery on this item within the Lower 48 United States only. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please email wecare@furnitureblue.com with shipping destination to receive available shipping methods and shipping rates.
This Premium White Glove Delivery service includes:
- Scheduled delivery date (Monday-Friday depending on the area)
- Four (4) hour delivery window given the day before delivery
- Product unboxed and inspected prior to delivery appointment
- Product professionally delivered by minimum 2-man delivery team
- In-home placement and assembly
- 30 minutes assembly time
- All delivered debris removed from premises
- Up/down two flight of stairs
White Glove Delivery DOES NOT include (the following services will require additional fees):
- Deliveries on weekends or holidays
- Delivery up or down one (2) or more flights of stairs
- Rejection of furniture delivery for any reason whatsoever without contacting FurnitureBlue first
- Plugging electronic equipment into wall or floor outlets, and/or into stereo equipment
- Storage of merchandise for excessive time periods
- Obstructed delivery paths and/or use of elevator
- Additional waiting time at the time of delivery
- Relocation or removal of items not part of delivery
- Multiple shipping appointments: Missing a scheduled delivery or canceling a delivery with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to penalty fees.
- Deliveries to zip codes that require transportation by boat or ferry
- Any other services not listed in White Glove Delivery "included services"
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge additional fees based on any and all of the above "not included" instances. Fees start at a minimum $50.00 per instance, and will be calculated based upon all circumstances. Deliveries to locations that require transport over waterways will be charged $250.00 fee after checkout (Click here for zip codes). FurnitureBlue will send each customer a post-delivery email with "not included" services and fees.
If you require services "not included" in the White Glove Delivery service, you may consult with a FurnitureBlue service specialist prior to placing an order to receive a cost estimate. If an item is damaged and requires repair and/or part replacement, as an authorized dealer we are committed to resolving the issue on your behalf within the manufacturers terms, conditions and timeframe. If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty companys terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer. Details: 110% Lowest Price Guarantee We are confident that we are offering you the best price on new furniture. If you've seen a lower advertised price from another store with the same item in stock or custom made to order, we want to know about it! Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. If you see a lower advertised price (including our own sale prices) within 45 days of your purchase, we'll refund 110% of the difference. Competitors advertised product price must be the exact same model number and from the same manufacturer and have ALL of the same features and use the same shipping method. Competitors advertised product price must be the exact same model number, from the same manufacturer, from the same manufacturer's facility and have ALL of the same features, use the same exact shipping method and if applicable include the same options such as an equivalent extended warranty. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit these delivery charges include all free shipping offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
