I am an interior designer and did a great deal of research on the product before I purchased this piece for my client from FurnitureBlue. I would recommend Parker House Furniture to any high end Designer. The qualility and workmanship is wonderful. FurnitureBlue were very dilgent with the order and the follow-up was terrific. I will also say they offered the best price on the internet for this piece. The delivery was on time and the delivery company was very professional and installed this large entertainment unit quickly and carefully. My client was thrilled.
1 Year Limited Warranty: Parker House International warrants the workmanship on this product to be free from defects. This warranty does not apply to:
(I) Any product that is not maintained as recommended by Parker House.
(II) Any product that is damaged after leaving our warehouse.
(III) Any product altered of modified by anyone other than an authorized Parker House representative. All returns must be authorized by Parker House. Transportation to our factory is responsibility of the customer. Expressly excluded from this warranty is liability for subsequent property damage.

If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty companys terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer.

If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
