The Alexandria Entertainment Center with Lift holds most flat panel TVs up to 28"H X 49"W X 4"D, and is equipped with a motorized, remote-controlled TV lift.
The design includes: a cabinet with two compartments for A/V equipment, interior shelving and three pull-out media trays, interchangeable glass and wood panels, the lower cabinets have interchangeable speaker grilles, and speaker grille inserts are also included for the side piers. This unit radiates beauty to almost any size room.

Sunrise Home Furnishings warranties its plasma lift cabinets and lift mechanism for 1-year for all normal use on parts and 1-year for all metal parts of the product to the original purchaser and will repair and/or replace that part which fails due to manufacturing defects and/or workmanship from date of original purchase. This warranty is limited only to repair and/or replacement at manufacture's option when product is used under normal conditions.
This warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the original purchaser and does not apply to damage caused by fire, accident, negligence, misuse, improper cleaning or other circumstances not directly attributable to manufacturing defects.

If an item is damaged and requires repair and/or part replacement, as an authorized dealer we are committed to resolving the issue on your behalf within the manufacturers terms, conditions and timeframe. If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty companys terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit these delivery charges include all free shipping offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale
If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. After 30 days, all items are covered by each Manufacturer's warranty.
Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. CHANGE ORDER REQUEST POLICY
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
