FurnitureBlue Label home theater seating products are upholstered in premium leathers imported from Europe, South America, and Asia. These quality leather hides are semi-corrected top grain leathers that are dyed, buffed and polished to remove some natural imperfections like cuts, dimples and discoloration. These leathers receive a light layer of embossing to increase durability. This light surface coating offers some resistance to stains and abuse while still retaining the natural appearance and softness of full grain leather. Premium leathers are ideally suited for those looking to strike a balance between a quality leather and long-term durability. FurnitureBlue Label home theater seating premium leathers are only available with a "vinyl match" option. Vinyl match means the seat back and underside of the chair is upholstered in a durable vinyl color that matches the leather exactly. Since the premium leather has a smooth texture, the vinyl match is less detectable. |

The house is sufficiently heated by natural gas, but the fireplace presents a draft problem. I wanted to dress it up and make it functional at the same time. The use of a 28 inch insert was the perfect solution. NOW...I have a beautiful, realistic flame and an electric heater (if I really need to use it). It looks great. It was very simple to fit into my fireplace and it took care of the draft problem. I am extremely satisfied with this product and Was this review helpful? Yes No |

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit these delivery charges include all free shipping offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
