Limited Warranty for Lift Motor
Sunrise Importer and Wholesale Company, Inc. (hereinafter "Sunrise") warrants the electric motor contained in this item of furniture (hereinafter "Motor") under normal use, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (hereinafter "Customer") from an authorized retailer. Sunrise, at its soul discretion, will replace or have replaced such defective motor free of charge provided the defective motor is returned and/or inspected by the authorized retailer from whom the item of furniture was purchased. The repaired or replaced motor will be covered for the balance of the remaining time on this Limited Warranty. Sunrise is not liable for and will not pay for any labor charges or costs incurred in replacing any defective motor, and the purchaser will be responsible for and may incur certain costs including the labor costs for removing and replacing the defective motor and transportation, shipping and handling costs incurred in transporting, shipping and handling the item of furniture and/or the motor between the Customer and an authorized reseller. Any repair, modification, alteration, or disassembly of the motor not performed or specifically authorized by Sunrise voids the Limited Warranty. Sunrise will not be responsible for damage to the motor caused by misuse, abuse, failure to properly package the motor and/or the item of furniture for return to the authorized retailer or for damage caused by carriers during shipment either to or from the authorized retailer. Any repairs necessitated by misuse, abuse, or shipped damage to the motor or repairs of a defective motor returned after this Limited Warranty period will be performed at the current rates established by Sunrise for factory service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunrise disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability and Sunrise will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the motor, even if Sunrise has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Sunrise's liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the motor. Sunrise shall not be liable for any damages to other property caused by defects in the motor, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the motor, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other commercial loss, even if advised the possibility of such damages any other damages, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise; or any claim against the purchaser by any other party. This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other items and conditions expressed or implied, and no one is authorized to assume any liability on behalf of Sunrise or impose any obligation on Sunrise in connection with the sale of any product other than as outlined above. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY. Procedure to Receive Limited Warranty Service: The customer should contact the authorized retailer and explain the defect or problem. The authorized retailer will verify that the Customer is the original purchaser of the item of furniture and the date of purchase and, if the motor is still within the LImited Warranty period, the authorized retailer will verify that the motor is defective. Sunrise will ship a replacement motor to the authorized retailer who will then install or have installed the replacement motor for the Customer. The authorized retailer may charge the Customer for labor, transportation, shipping and handling costs. |

If an item is damaged and requires repair and/or part replacement, as an authorized dealer we are committed to resolving the issue on your behalf within the manufacturers terms, conditions and timeframe. If you have an extended warranty through FurnitureBlue, we will work tore resolve the damage issue within the extended warranty companys terms, conditions and timeframes. If the warranty on the item you purchased through FurnitureBlue expired, we will put you directly in touch with the appropriate department at the manufacturer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit these delivery charges include all free shipping offers which will be void with any return. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost. Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee for orders cancelled after the 24-hour period noted above. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. FurnitureBlue will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@furnitureblue.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.
Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received by FurnitureBlue within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays.
FurnitureBlue reserves the right to charge a $50.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay production.
