A return authorization must be given by us and the chair must be new and returned in original packaging and insured. For orders of $500.00 or more, FurnitureBlue will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item(s) again for sale

If your item(s) needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. If an item is damaged or has a defect, at our discretion, we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered or provide in home repair assistance at no additional cost.
