      • Storage fees from refused non-damaged merchandise

      • Additional flights of stairs beyond delivery service level description
      • A specific delivery time ("?Stop Time") within the 3-4 hour range provided by our delivery agent
      • Deliveries on weekends or holidays
      • Storage of merchandise beyond 7 calendar days from initial call from delivery agent to set up delivery appointment
      • Obstructed delivery paths
      • Additional waiting time at time of delivery
      • Relocation or removal of items not part of delivery
